KIM received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a Business Minor from Montclair State University. While at MSU she has performed in the work of faculty members Nancy Lushington, Earl Mosley, and Jessica DiMauro. Kim has performed the choreographic work of New Jersey dance artist Claire Porter at the 92nd Street Y in New York City. Her dance training highlights include Earl Mosley’s Institute of the Arts Summer Intensive where she had the pleasure of working with Ferdinand De Jesus.
Kim was offered a spot training at the Joffrey School of Ballet which she attended for a summer. She has participated at Chicago Human Rhythm festival when she tapped with Tech Tappin’ Toe. Kim has taught dance to surrounding dance studios in New Jersey since 2011. She loves sharing her passion and joy of dance to any and all ages of dancers.
