FOR THE 2021-2022 SEASON
SOME OF LAST SEASON'S SHOES HAVE CHANGED - NEW STYLES UPDATED BELOW.

  • Dress code is expected to be followed. It is imperative all students come to class prepared.
This means dressed appropriately in what is comfortable for your child, as well as, following dress code classroom etiquette.
Here are some examples of what is acceptable attire for all classes:
    - leotards
    - leggings
    - work out wear
    - dance shorts
    - dance skirts

    - class shoes that are required for each genre (see specific class below)

  • All students should come to class with their hair away from face and neatly done.

  • BALLET ATTIRE REQUIREMENT:  The Academy requires an embroidered leotard for all Ballet/Pointe Classes Primary Level and Up.
Our custom leotard can be purchased online from our Academy store.

  • Our custom leotard is available to all students studying other genres.

  • REQUIREMENT FOR OUR MINIS IN MOTION, CREATIVE MOTION I & II  / NEW THIS SEASON.
All students in these classes will be required to purchase an Academy Prop Bag that they will bring to class each week.
Simply log into your online account and purchase the Prop Bag in the store.
  • Why is this being implemented this season?

    - In early childhood performing arts learning, props are an integral part in exploring, creating and helps keeps our tiny dancers stay engaged with the learning process. With safety and health being our TOP PRIORITY, we will not be sharing props as we have done in the past. Each student will have their very own bag filled with our favorite props! The prop bag will be handed out the first day of classes.

~ Please put your child’s name on the inside of all shoes and attire

~ Absolutely no outside shoes permitted on the professional dance floors

~ Adult Classes can feel free to wear workout clothes and dance sneakers that are not worn outside
